Be Vocal
Spark has given me the opportunity to present a show that I feel passionate about. Be Vocal is a show focussing on alternative female artists, giving the voice to those who don’t often get heard on the radio. Spark has also given me the ability to be creative with my show. Listen to the show below to hear an interview with Jessica Blaise Ward, a Leeds based artist. As well as that, the show includes my weekly feature, “Local Vocal”, where I make sure to play one local artist each week. Listen to Be Vocal on Spark Mondays 6-7pm.
Light in Music
Music holds a strong value in many people’s lives. The importance of it should be celebrated. I created Light In Music to highlight the importance of music and what it means to people. The feature went out on Spark on Friday 14th of April, in order to celebrate World Music Therapy week.
